Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of funds Monday - Friday. You will be notified immediately should any item be delayed or out of stock.

Where possible we will reuse packaging materials such as cardboard, paper, packing nuts and bubble wrap. Reusing these materials cuts down on waste that ultimately ends up in landfill sites. Remember, every little bit helps the environment!

Shipping costs calculated at checkout are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to hold any order where actual shipping costs differ from the amount charged. If this applies, we will contact you to discuss your order. We also reserve the right to send a parcel using a different service than the one selected.

Returns

We offer a refund/exchange policy should your item arrive faulty or damaged. Please contact us immediately at admin@binkybrothers.co.uk to inform us of any issues so we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

If you've changed your mind about your order, we operate a 14 day returns policy. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You are responsible and bear all costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.  Once we have received and inspected your item we will assess your claim for a refund. Please allow 7 days for this process. Refunds must be made to the person who originally paid for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from any refund due.

We are not able to offer refunds on perishable items such as pet treats, handmade products or gift cards. Items returned that were purchased with a gift card will be refunded on to the same or a new gift card - we do not offer a cash refund.
